Where capital goes
PEP’s capital strategy is sequenced: build operating capacity to scale programs across all three pathways, expand through asset-light models to prove the approach across markets, then invest in permanent infrastructure once demand and execution are established.
Frontline staff expansion
In-prison instructors, family liaisons and Life Caddies. The people who hold the relationship.
Administrative and loan systems
System upgrades, technical support and Entre Capital loan administration. The back office that lets staff scale.
Reentry, Collider and housing
Post-release reentry capacity, Collider hub operations across three metros, and partner-facilitated housing.
Talent multipliers
