The economic mobility ecosystem
After Release
Formation built inside prison is only as durable as the environment men return to. Without a structured bridge from the gate to stable footing, that formation erodes under the pressure of immediate survival needs.
The Collider
Purpose-built daytime community and economic hubs in Houston, Dallas and Austin/San Antonio where returning citizens connect with peers, executive mentors, pitch events and economic opportunity.
Transitional Housing
Structured, values-based housing for high-risk graduates. 92 beds today across Houston and Dallas, scaling toward 337 by 2030. Recidivism among residents runs 2 to 4 percent, against 10 percent for all PEP graduates.
Entre Capital
The only CDFI in the country lending exclusively to people with a criminal record. Loans from $2,500 to $200,000, every borrower committed to 50+ hours of coaching, $2.5M+ deployed, a 93 percent repayment rate and zero borrower recidivism.
Post-release support is not uniform across pathways. CORE graduates receive PEP’s full reentry continuum. Incentivized housing and Online completers are routed to partner organisations for basic necessities, with PEP focusing its distinctive resources on character-based community, business aspiration and Collider access.
