About PEP
Changing Lives. For Good.
The Prison Entrepreneurship Program unites executives and inmates through entrepreneurial passion and servant leadership to transform lives, restore families and rebuild communities.
PEP starts inside Texas prisons, building genuine relationships and equipping men with the character, skills and entrepreneurial mindset to succeed. Then we walk it out with them, surrounding graduates with jobs, housing, mentorship and a community that doesn’t disappear at the gate.
