As the Estes Fall 2025 class prepares for their Business Plan Competition and Graduation this Friday, one theme has emerged as their most impactful Driving Value: accountability.
This isn’t just a word to them, it’s a way of life. It’s a daily commitment, a mirror that reflects truth, and a foundation upon which they are rebuilding their futures.
In their own words, accountability means owning your past and actively shaping your future. These men understand that without accountability, real change cannot take root, not in business, not in leadership, and not in life.

At PEP, accountability is non-negotiable. We offer tools, mentorship, and opportunity, but each participant must take ownership of their journey. Our staff and volunteers are held to the same high standard. Why? Because true transformation demands it.

This Friday, twelve teams will stand and pitch their polished, practiced, and prepared business ideas. That afternoon, they’ll walk across the stage at graduation.
