PEP’s Governing Board is responsible for the organization’s foresight, oversight and insight to guide the organization in achieving its mission to encourage transformation in program participants. PEP employs a working board model where Board members provide expertise and frequent interaction with PEP management to increase the management team’s bandwidth. Additionally, Governing Board members provide ongoing financial support, hire PEP’s CEO and set the compensation. Governing Board members are not compensated for their service.
