We do our best to provide our graduates with a warm greeting back to the “free world” by offering a structured environment of accountability. Job Placement Program
Our job placement program is another key initiative for our graduates. The national statistic that 89% of recidivists are unemployed at the time of their arrest speaks to the enormous need for our graduates to find jobs upon their release. We utilize our employment assistance partners along with our executive network to ensure our graduates have access to good jobs with livable wages. Does our reintegration program sound like a good deal? It’s much better than the alternative. Click here to read an example of a release without PEP support.
