Our participants are continually amazed that business professionals with your credentials would take time out of their busy lives to spend time with them in prison. Some of the men do not even get visits from their families, which makes a visit from a complete stranger who cares about their success all the more special. Your attendance helps our underdogs develop their skills and tells them they have worth. You are not required to attend both days, but the accumulated experience of all participants is a powerful element to achieving the event’s desired outcome. For this reason, if possible, we ask that you make an effort to attend the event in its entirety. Our participants have rehearsed their presentations more than 150 times, and they are ready for their big moment with you. Your panel will be depending on you to be there. We understand that last minute circumstances come up, but we’re asking you to please maintain your commitment to PEP. Because our agenda is so full, it will be difficult for you to leave the prison to check email or voicemail without missing out on important sessions. We ask that you refrain from leaving the event unless absolutely necessary, as this will be distracting for staff members, other executive guests and our participants. |
